PLAGIARISM - Jennifer Lopez's song "Get on the Floor" feat. Pitbull... where?

I have an old musical spin top which plays the exact tune/melody of
"kiss the night away". I heard this tune my entire life and have
wonder its name before hearing this J.Lo single. Has anyone else heard
this tune?

I'm sure British Asians growing up in the 80s/90s heard this tune
before. Where did the writers/producers copy this track from?
